We are not an agency - all our properties are owned and maintained by McMillan & Co.  Having a property development side to the business means that we have plumbers, electricians, joiners etc on hand and any repairs are dealt with quickly by our in-house team.  This also makes it easy for us to keep our flats up to a good standard of maintenance and decoration at all times. 

All our flats have an HMO (House in Multiple Occupancy) Licence which is required if a property is let to three or more unrelated people.  We work closely with Glasgow City Council and Fire Scotland to ensure our accommodation is safe and well managed.
